Leather Patches and caps or hats is our business, with over 30 years of experience.
WE CREATE CUSTOM PATCH HATS THAT STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD
HRK IS CONSISTENTLY WORKING TO BRING OUR PASSION FOR CUSTOM HATS TO YOUR HEAD.
WE DIDN’T INVENT THE PATCH HAT, BUT WE’RE WORKING TO PERFECT IT.
We take pride in each of leather patch hats or caps to make sure each one is one of a kind.
Theme leather patches include ranching, fishing, funny, mountain biking, national parks, farming, hunting, trades, and many more themes.
Some of our hat themes are based on Arkansas landmarks and trails.
Our custom made-to-order handcrafted leather patch hats or caps are created with pride and integrity using only the finest leather materials.
Top grain leather is either engraved, or handmade, then cut and sealed to ensure a rich finish that creates a unique and beautifully finished product.
We then sew each patch on to each hat. Making each hat and patch one of a kind.
OUR STORY
Like most good ideas, HRK (Hats R King) was founded in late 1976 from a cowboy down in Texas who had made a rough looking leather cap patch.
I saw this patch, and this set the wheels in motion, I kept this in back of my mind for years and years.
I came up with up a crazy plan and with my design know-how I started working on making the leather patch for hats or caps.
Creating over 8000 custom hats in my first year, the team at Hats R King is continuing to grow while focusing on quality & improving the process daily.
At HRK, we strive to create innovative apparel with thoughtful customization, while always providing the hat-loving human touch customers deserve.
HRK didn’t invent the patch hat, but we’re working to perfect it.
